Delete MacroVolt Account

MacroVolt supports account deletion both inside the app and by web request.

Important: deleting your MacroVolt account data does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. If you have a paid plan, cancel it separately in the store to stop future billing.

Option 1: Delete inside the app

Open MacroVolt
Go to Settings
Tap Delete Account & Data
Confirm deletion

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Email 3xdey2ns@gmail.com with the subject MacroVolt Account Deletion Request.

To help us locate the correct app identity, include:

Platform: iOS or Android
Approximate subscription tier, if any
The date of your request
Any additional context that helps identify the device or install

What gets deleted

MacroVolt app identity associated with the install
Stored alert preferences and push-token mappings
Server-side entitlement records managed by MacroVolt
Associated app-level user data managed by MacroVolt

What may remain

Store-managed billing history held by Apple or Google
Operational logs, crash logs, or backup records retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or security purposes for a limited period
