By downloading, installing, or using MacroVolt, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
MacroVolt is intended for users age 18 and older. By downloading, installing, or using MacroVolt, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms in your jurisdiction. The app requires you to confirm that you are 18 or older before first use; continued use of the app constitutes ongoing reaffirmation of that representation.
MacroVolt is an analysis and education tool. Scores, alerts, factor explanations, calendar views, release-shock context, follow-through statistics, and related content are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute:
MacroVolt does not know your portfolio, risk tolerance, financial situation, investment objectives, timeframe, entry price, stop level, or execution plan. You remain solely responsible for your own decisions, risk management, and use of any information shown in the app.
Bias follow-through, alert evidence, score history, and validation metrics are historical or model-derived context. They may use hypothetical or simulated rules, may include archived calibration samples, and may be affected by sample size, market regime, instrument liquidity, data freshness, and third-party data quality.
Past bias follow-through, past performance, and simulated historical evidence are not reliable indicators of future results. Scores and alerts can be wrong, delayed, incomplete, or invalidated by new information, market gaps, spreads, liquidity, execution costs, or unscheduled events.
MacroVolt provides macro factor scoring, regime-aware analysis, alerts, and economic calendar tools across a 21-instrument universe covering precious metals, energy, equity indices, and industrial metals.
MacroVolt currently offers the following access tiers:
Monthly and annual subscription options may be offered depending on platform and storefront availability.
Where offered, the current 7-day free trial is attached to eligible Ultimate subscriptions. Trial availability is determined by Apple or Google and may vary by user, region, and storefront policy.
All purchases are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not process payment cards directly.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in the relevant store before renewal. Store billing, grace periods, price changes, and cancellation rules are governed by Apple or Google.
You can cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
MacroVolt may create a stable anonymous app identity to operate alerts, entitlements, and app state. You can delete your account data inside the app or through our online deletion page at /delete-account.
You agree not to:
MacroVolt, including its scoring system, design, and content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the app.
MacroVolt relies on third-party services including Apple, Google, Firebase, and ad-delivery providers. Your use of those services is governed by their respective policies and terms.
Market, calendar, pricing, news, factor, and notification data may be sourced from third-party providers. We do not guarantee that third-party data will be complete, accurate, timely, or continuously available.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of third-party market data, or any financial outcome from use of the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MacroVolt is not liable for any trading losses, investment losses, missed notifications, or other damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
